Suitable for Dispersing
Dispersion discs are used in processes where a tearing of the product is desired or where powder is desired to be stirred in liquid without any lumps occurring.
The disc must run at a high peripheral speed, thereby achieving an efficient dividing into fine parts/dispersal of the product.
There are two types of dispersion discs: Type ZA with teeth outside, and type ZE with teeth inside.
Outside teeth are used in fixed process systems. Inside teeth are used in plants where the mixing vessels or mixer are mobile, as the disc wreath works
as protection.
