Dissolver

The diamix is used for premixing and dispersion of low as well as high-viscous or thixotropic liquid products. The construction makes it suitable for automation of charging and finishing process, and in addition it is environmentally compatible. The combined construction of dissolver and anchor type agitator with scrapers reduces the production time as well as the consumption of power.

Laboratory and pilot plan dissolver. Table type for pre-mixing, dispersion and end-mixing of batches up to approximately 15 litres.

Floor type dissolver for pre-mixing, dispersion and end-mixing in batches up to approximately 100 litres of gross volume.

Floor type dissolver for premixing, dispersion and end-mixing in batches up to approximately 400 litres of gross volume.

Floor type dissolver for premixing, dispersion and end-mixing in batches up to approximately 1200 litres of gross volume.

The 2300ZH model is designed for dispersion, pre-mixing and ready mixing in mobile containers up to Ø 1500 mm and is able to operate volumes up to 2300 litres due to the robust construction. It is possible to equip the Dissolver with 2 container-fastening devices for operation in up to 2 mobile containers.

The KS model with a low construction height is designed for placing into a platform. The Dissolver can operate in 2, 3 or 4 stationary containers of up to Ø 1600 mm in diameter and a max gross volume of 3500 litres.

Dissolvers 3500 KG are designed for placing on the floor when placing on the platform is not required or the platform is not constructed for carrying the weight of the Dissolver. The Dissolvers can operate in 2, 3 or 4 stationary containers of up to Ø 1600 mm in diameter and max gross volume of 3500 litres.

The 2000ZH model is designed for dispersion, pre-mixing and ready mixing in mobile containers up to Ø 1500 mm and is able to operate volumes up to 2000 litres due to the robust construction. It is possible to equip the Dissolver with 2 container-fastening devices for operation in up to 2 mobile containers.
